From Camp Jo Jane, raised in Lowland, and now raising three beautiful children in Oriental, Lauren Banks is a true Pamlico County native. Her local knowledge of the area’s waterfront communities, neighborhoods, and coastal way of life comes naturally. 

Lauren and her husband Steve are the owners of Banks Built Custom Homes, where they have spent years helping families bring their dream homes to life. Her experience in the residential construction business gives clients unique and valuable insight whether they’re buying, selling, or building.

When she’s not serving clients, Lauren enjoys trips with her family to Ocracoke, fishing off her dock, and getting lost in a Freida McFadden novel.

Lauren is passionate about helping others find their place in what she believes is the most beautiful place on earth… where the land and sky meet the water, and you meet the Banks.
